EEST TV wants to hear from you if you believe something we published is inaccurate, unfair, harms your reputation or privacy, infringes your rights, or breaks the law or the norms of journalistic conduct. This page explains how to complain and what happens next. It follows the grievance-redressal framework for digital news publishers in Part III of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

How to make a complaint
Please include:
- the link (URL) of the article, video or page, and the date it was published;
- exactly what you believe is wrong, and why;
- any evidence that supports your complaint (documents, links, a correct figure and its source);
- your name and an email address or phone number where we can reach you, and whether you are complaining on your own behalf or for someone else.
What happens next

Clear factual errors are corrected straight away, without waiting for the full process (see our Corrections Policy).
If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our decision, reply to it and the complaint will be reviewed again by the editor-in-chief. You also keep every remedy available to you under Indian law.
