Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by EEST TV Media Private Limited (“EEST TV”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our content and your use of it
- Articles, headlines, videos, graphics and the EEST TV name and logo are owned by EEST TV or used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and trade-mark law.
- You may read, print and share links to our stories for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a headline, a short extract (up to 50 words) and a link is welcome.
- You may not republish, sell, frame, systematically download or copy our content into another service, website, newsletter or dataset without written permission. For syndication and reprints, use our contact form with the subject “Syndication request”.
- Photographs we use from other sources carry their own credit and licence, shown with the image. Those terms apply to them.
2. Comments and messages you send
You keep the rights to what you write. By posting a comment you give EEST TV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and display it on our site and social channels. You confirm it is your own work and lawful. Comments follow our Comment Policy; we may refuse or remove any comment.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law, or post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or that invades someone’s privacy;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your connection with anyone;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or its data, test its security without written permission, or interfere with its operation (including denial-of-service, scraping that loads our servers, or automated form submissions);
- upload malware or anything that could harm the site or its readers.
Security researchers who find a vulnerability are asked to report it privately through our contact form and give us reasonable time to fix it.
4. Accuracy and links
We work hard to be accurate and correct mistakes promptly (see our Corrections Policy), but news develops quickly and content is provided “as is”. Our Disclaimer explains the limits of what we publish, including that nothing on EEST TV is investment advice. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EEST TV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Complaints about content should first go through our Grievance Redressal process. Subject to that, the courts at the place of EEST TV’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
